Traci E. Brown is the founder and principal consultant at TEB Consulting, LLC.
Traci spent the majority of her human resource career with the Colgate-Palmolive Company, where she held roles of increasing responsibility, including several international HR Director assignments. She oversaw training, talent acquisition, people development and change management for a division of over 1200 global employees at Hill's Pet Nutrition, Inc.
In 2017, Traci transitioned into the consulting space. She served as a Career Consultant for LHH, assisting individuals in career transition. And simultaneously, launched TEB Consulting, LLC allowing her to further utilize her HR and leadership skills to assist non-profit organizations and businesses with their unique HR needs. She has worked with clients of all sizes supporting their needs in executive recruiting and coaching, HR start-up operations, policy work, employee training and development, and filling interim HR Director roles in a manufacturing facility and a community health care clinic.
